You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using Omnimage.ai outputs for harmful, illegal, or abusive purposes
• Displaying or embedding the Website or its features on another domain (including via iFrames) without written permission from The KOW Company

Omnimage.ai system may update, modify, or remove content, features, or services at any time without notice.

Omnimage.ai system may also convert free features into paid features at its discretion.

You agree that The KOW Company is not liable for any modifications, changes, suspensions, or discontinuation of any part of the Omnimage.ai platform.

You may not screenshot, record, or otherwise capture parts of the Website or platform features without explicit written permission from the system.

You may link to the Omnimage.ai Website only under the following conditions:

• No framing, mirroring, or embedding of the Website is allowed.
• No implication of endorsement by The KOW Company unless explicitly stated in writing.
• No misleading or false claims about Omnimage.ai.
• No use of The KOW Company or Omnimage.ai trademarks or logos without written approval.
• The linking website must not contain offensive, illegal, controversial, or harmful content.

Omnimage.ai system may use these submissions for any purpose without compensation.

By using Omnimage.ai, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

If The KOW Company is acquired, merged, or reorganized, The KOW Company may assign its rights under these Terms.

Your personal information may be transferred to the succeeding entity.

The KOW Company makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy of AI outputs
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Freedom from malware or harmful components

You use Omnimage.ai at your own risk.

The KOW Company is not liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Data loss or corruption
• Errors in AI-generated content
• Service interruptions
• Unauthorized access to your data

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.

The KOW Company may terminate or restrict your access to Omnimage.ai at any time without notice for:

• Violating these Terms
• Illegal or abusive behavior
• Misuse of platform features
• Non-payment for paid services

Termination does not require prior notice.

All Omnimage.ai content, branding, images, models, and digital assets are copyrighted by The KOW Company and its licensors.

All rights reserved.

All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved.

The KOW Company may update these Terms at any time.

The Effective Date will be posted at the top of this Agreement.

Your continued use of Omnimage.ai indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
